Welcome to Landscape Issues, the research journal of the Landscape Architecture course at the University of Gloucestershire. The journal was founded in 1984 to promote research and underpin the accreditation of degree status for the undergraduate course.  From the outset it stimulated research as much from students as from staff, the former drawing on dissertation investigations, the latter from personal research. In 2014, with student encouragement, we revived the journal as an online resource via this website (see also the course blog at uniofglos.blog/landscapearchitecture). A cumulative index of all contributions is available on the archive page. If you wish to contribute copy, email the editor. We are particularly keen to promote student research. Reviews of books, conferences, exhibitions are also invited.
